Clause 1 — Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated, unless the context requires otherwise:

1.1 Key Definitions

"Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all digital services operated by 88fubo under the domain https://88fubo.org. "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 88fubo platform. "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a member to access 88fubo services.

1.2 Scope of Agreement

These "Terms and Conditions" cover all policies, guidelines, and rules published by 88fubo from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this overall agreement. "Services" refers to all types of games and betting available on the platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports, and arcade games.

1.3 Currency and Transactions

"RM" or "MYR" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit as the base currency used for all financial transactions on the 88fubo platform, except for transactions using cryptocurrency which are processed at the equivalent current value.

Clause 2 — Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Basic Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 88fubo platform, you must continuously meet the following requirements throughout the duration of your membership:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• Register in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business entity or third party
• Not be a citizen or resident of any region that prohibits online betting activities
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list of any regulatory body
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2.2 Account Registration Process

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the 88fubo platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same person, whether using a different name, email address, mobile number, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all related accounts along with any funds held within them.

2.3 Identity Verification

88fubo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other supporting documents for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) principles. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.

2.4 Account Information

Members are responsible for ensuring that all registered information is accurate, current, and truthful. Any changes to personal information must be updated promptly through the provided customer service channels. 88fubo is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

Clause 3 — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods and Transaction Limits

88fubo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH. Transaction limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction, for all methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour from the time the request is submitted

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawal requests can only be processed once the member's identity has been fully verified. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the anti-money laundering (AML) policy enforced by 88fubo.

3.3 Unclaimed Funds

Account balances that have been inactive for an extended period are subject to the 88fubo unclaimed funds policy. Members will be contacted via their registered email before any action is taken on inactive balances.

Clause 4 — Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Eligible new members may receive a welcome bonus of 120% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 88fubo are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses may only be used by registered members and legitimate account holders
• Using multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses is prohibited
• 88fubo reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicious activity or if eligibility requirements are not met
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period set for each promotion

4.3 VIP Programme and Cashback

The 88fubo VIP Program offers five membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with different weekly cashback benefits, ranging from up to 0.3% for Bronze to up to 1.5% for Diamond members. Tier upgrades depend on a member's overall activity and loyalty. 88fubo reserves the right to update the VIP benefit structure from time to time.

Section 5 — Game Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 88fubo platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports, and arcade games, are operated by licensed software providers using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). The outcome of every game is random and free from manipulation.

5.2 Prohibited Betting Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fubo platform:

• Use of any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play or place bets
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software bugs or technical flaws that provide an unauthorised advantage
• Contra betting intended to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk

5.3 Bet Outcomes and Disputes

The outcome of all bets is final once recorded in the 88fubo system. In the event of a dispute, members may contact 88fubo customer support, which operates 24/7 via live chat or email. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 6 — Account Security

6.1 Member Security Responsibilities

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. 88fubo will never ask for a member's password through any communication channel. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

6.2 Suspicious Activity

88fubo continuously monitors account activity to detect any unusual or suspicious patterns. If such activity is detected, 88fubo reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account while conducting further investigation. Members will be contacted via email or live chat to verify their identity.

Section 7 — Account Restrictions and Closure

7.1 88fubo's Right to Close an Account

88fubo reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of any of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration
• Registering or maintaining more than one account
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Harassment of other players or 88fubo staff

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 88fubo customer support. Before the account is closed, any valid remaining balance (after fulfilling all applicable conditions) will be processed for withdrawal.

Section 8 — Limitation of Liability

8.1 Liability Disclaimer

The 88fubo platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 88fubo is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or processing delays beyond 88fubo's control.

8.2 Betting Outcomes

Betting carries the risk of financial loss. Members fully acknowledge that they are betting at their own choice and responsibility. 88fubo is not responsible for any financial decisions made by members based on information found on the platform. Please bet responsibly and within your financial means.

Section 9 — Amendments to Terms

9.1 Right to Amend

88fubo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the website, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

9.2 Amendment Notifications

For material amendments, 88fubo will endeavour to notify members via notifications on the platform or through their registered email. Section 10 — Applicable Law

10.1 Licensing and Regulation

88fubo operates under an international licence issued by a recognised regulatory body. All platform operations are carried out in accordance with the requirements of that licence, which covers game fairness checks, financial security, and user protection.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise that cannot be resolved through internal customer support channels, members may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body designated by 88fubo's licensing authority. The decision of that body is final and binding on both parties.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be severed from this agreement. The remaining provisions that are still valid continue in full force and effect, unaffected by the severance.
